What a bespoke commission might look like
A combination of existing designs from the Carol Cole collections, reimagined as one. An entirely new piece built from a brief, a feeling, or a single image saved on your phone. A variation on an existing design a different stone, a different metal, a different scale. Sentimental jewellery you love but no longer wear, remodelled into something you will reach for every day.
Every bespoke piece is made within the Carol Cole aesthetic surrealist in spirit, rooted in cultural depth, and built with the same handcrafted precision as every piece in the collections.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a bespoke piece take? Every bespoke commission is different. Once your design is agreed and materials are confirmed, most pieces are crafted and delivered within 4–8 weeks. Carol will give you a clear timeline at the start of your commission.
Can I combine elements from different Carol Cole pieces? Yes. Many bespoke commissions begin exactly this way taking elements from two or three existing designs and creating something entirely new. Bring your ideas and Carol will work with you to make them cohesive.
Can I have my existing jewellery remodelled? Yes. If you have sentimental pieces you love but no longer wear, Carol can remodel them into something new, preserving the stones or metal that matter to you while giving the piece a contemporary form.
Do you work with clients outside London? Yes. Carol works with clients worldwide. Consultations can take place remotely via video call, and finished pieces are shipped internationally with complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over £500.
What stones and metals do you work with? Carol works in 9ct, 14ct and 18ct gold with diamonds and gemstones sourced through London's Hatton Garden. Alternative metals and stones can be discussed during your consultation.
Is a deposit required? Yes. A deposit is required to begin your bespoke commission. Full details will be provided during your consultation.
